Return & Exchanges 

Returns and exchanges are welcome within 10 days of you receiving your product(s). Your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. The buyer assumes the cost of return shipping, and a tracking number is recommended to ensure your item makes it back to us. Additionally, our original shipping cost will be deducted from the amount refunded to you.

All orders are processed Monday through Saturday, excluding holidays. Parvane, can not be held responsible for unanticipated delivery delays beyond our control.

Purchases may not be shipped to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, hotels, freight forwarders. 

All orders are delivered by Canada Post. If you are unavailable to sign for your package, the driver will leave a door tag on your door, informing you of the delivery attempt. 
To estimate the total delivery time for immediately available items, please allow up to one business day from your order date to process your order for shipment, and allow an additional 3-5 business days for delivery of your order.
